DESIGN AND INSTALLATION OF THE SECURITY AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEMS, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE
A complete range of services in design, installation and servicing of the security and fire alarm systems and is provided by OOO "Tower-techno" (Limited liability company), which is a part of Union of Security Structures "Tower".
After a request from the customer is accepted, a company specialist arrives at the selected venue to inspect it and compile a report. The report is a basis for the design of the necessary security, fire and alarm systems, or video surveillance system, and for the budget calculation.
The installation of the fire and alarm systems and video surveillance systems is completed by specialists of our company and in accordance with all the legal requirements (GOST, NPB, SNiP, RD) which are in force in the Russian Federation. The acceptance into service is done jointly with an inspector of the State Fire Surveillance Department, in proof of which a relevant acceptance act is signed so that the equipment can start being used.
The information on the status of the guarded venue is transferred to the main panel of the centralized security system via a radio channel and is backed up by a telephone line. An experienced operator timely receives, analyzes and transfers the accepted signals via radio to a rapid response group. Besides, the operators have a direct line to an officer who is on duty at the police department.
All our specialists undergo training and regular additional training at the Federal Institute of Russian Emergencies Ministry, which makes it possible for us to guarantee the quality of provided services.
ARMED PHYSICAL PROTECTION
"Tower" Security Company provides services of the protection of customer's property and possessions, by means of armed guardians.
We safeguard the following venues:
- banks;
- shopping centres;
- shops;
- restaurants;
- warehouses;
- offices;
- cottages;
- any other types of residential and commercial estate, equipped or non-equipped with alarm systems or a telephone line.
Before the contract is signed, a specialist of our company visits the venue to assess the level of its technical reinforcement. On the basis of the assessment, a security services contract is compiled.
All the employees of "Tower" Security Company have a certificate of a private security guard. Every year they undergo a professional suitability test at the Internal Affairs Department. Besides, they also take a similar professional suitability test at the company every six months. These measures make it possible to control the degree of training of the security guards and to guarantee a high level of provided services to our customers.
When on duty, all our security guards are uniformed and equipped with weapons and means of communication.
GUARDED FORWARDING OF MATERIAL VALUES ON THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION
Union of Security Structures "Tower" security guards provide the armed safeguarding and forwarding of material values on the territory of the Russian Federation.
The best-trained security guards, licensed to carry firearms, are assigned for these tasks. The work experience of our employees is no less than three years.
Before the assignment the security guards are briefed in detail to receive the information about:
- the guarded cargo;
- the planned route;
- the towns and settlement on the route.
All this allows the guards to perfectly navigate the terrain and make the right decisions in emergency situations.
The security guards are equipped with firearms and modern means of communication when they are accompanying the cargo.
A special escort car is supplied when the security guards are forwarding and safeguarding a high-value cargo.
Besides, "Tower" Security Company is equipped with an armoured Ford vehicle which has III Class protection. The vehicle is used to transport material values within the borders of Ivanovo Region as well as beyond it.
SAFEGUARDING OF LOCATIONS WITH CENTRALIZED SECURITY PANEL CONNECTION
After signing the contract, the necessary equipment is installed at the venue. Later, it is connected to the security panel which is equipped with the latest technology.
In case of an emergency the alarm system is activated and the signal is immediately sent to the centralized security panel. The received information is transferred to the rapid response group which promptly arrives at the scene and blocks the venue. If necessary, the officers of the police, road police or emergency services are called to the scene.
The rapid response group may also detain intruders at the sites which are under protection. After that the offenders are handed to the police so that further criminal or administrative actions could be taken against them.
All the rapid response groups are equipped with firearms, modern means of communication and protection. All the group members train regularly and they are very fit.
INTER-REGIONAL PROGRAMME "EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE"
The inter-regional programme "Emergency Assistance", by MIG company, is a network of centres in Russia and bordering countries which is designed to provide, round-the-clock, urgent practical, advisory and information support in any emergency situation. The support may also include an arrival of an armed, rapid response group to the emergency site. In the city of Ivanovo the "Emergency Assistance" is provided by MIG-Ivanovo company, co-owned by Union of Security Structures "Tower".
There is no language barrier because all the operators of the "Emergency Assistance" programme are fluent in English.
The rapid response group consists of two armed security guards. The groups use company-branded cars which are equipped with means of communication and first aid. The security guards have protective equipment and special tools; they are armed with official firearms and wear standard uniform.
The principle of customer service is the key element of the "Emergency Assistance" programme. The programme is comprised of four main sets of services, the combinations of which make up different service "tariff plans":
- Providing practical assistance in protecting the life, health and property of the customer; in resolving a difficult situation at the scene of the accident; in searching for necessary information; in calling various services, booking tickets, ordering tables and so on;
- Providing legal aid to the customer in case of his being detained by the police officers;
- Advising customers on issues of personal safety, choice of behaviour in various situations, including in relations with the law enforcement officials, municipal and other government and local services, as well as on legal issues;
- Providing information and assistance in supplying necessary enquiry information, relating to addresses and telephone numbers of businesses, government and municipal organizations in various fields of activity, their working hours and other reference information.

INTER-REGIONAL PROGRAMME "GREEN CORRIDOR"
This project ensures rapid response of private security organizations to the alarm signals sent from the vehicles on the whole territory of the Russian Federation. Within the areas of their responsibility, rapid response groups, being partners of the Inter-Regional Centre of Shipment Safety, provide the shortest possible time of arrival to the alarm-sending vehicle (assault, accident, deviation from the route) and ensure its protection.
With the help of the monitoring service, the customer receives the complete information on the route of the transportation, the speed and the condition of his vehicle or cargo. A satellite connection device is installed on the vehicle or cargo, and by that means it is tracked on the control centre "Tower" and on the customer's computer.
Being a partner of the "Green Corridor" project, "Tower" has an opportunity to provide responses to alarm signals coming from the vehicle which are currently on the territory of Ivanovo region.
The vehicle is equipped with a special "alarm" button, by means of which the driver, - in case of an assault on the vehicle, or a accident, or any other emergency situation, - can quickly summon a rapid response group. Prior to the arrival of the representatives of the vehicle's or cargo's owner, the rapid response group provide physical protection of the vehicle and the driver, and, if necessary, assist in organizing evacuation, towing the car or repairing it.
